Time and kilometers will be charged from garage to garage.
If the vehicles run beyond 4 hours or 40 km the rate will change to the next slab 8 hours or 80 km. If this slab also crossed then Extra per km/hours will be charged.
Any breakage/damage to the coach /car due to negligence/mishandling by the clients will be borne by the traveling person or related company only.
Parking, Toll Tax, Interstate border taxes extra and shall be reimbursed to IP Travel Lines as per actual.
No eatables, alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee etc. will be allowed while the coach/car is moving.
All prices/packages are subject to change in Petroleum prices or state taxes without intimation.
Outstation Trips shall be calculated @250 km per day or the total km traveled, whichever is higher.
Above Tariff includes cost of Driver and Fuel Only.
In case of non availability of car, IP Travel Lines shall automatically upgrade the request to the next available category. Under no circumstances will a booking be declined on account of non availability of vehicles provided a minimum of three hour notice has been provided to IPTL.
GST shall be charged @5.00% on gross value of services rendered (including parking, toll tax etc)
IPTL is not responsible for loss of any material left in the vehicle by the passenger.
Alternatively upon signing of the agreement, the bills will be submitted on a fortnightly basis and the payment cheque is to be released in favor of M/s. I.P. Travel lines within fifteen days after submission of bills.
Self Driven:
If the customer wants to rent the vehicle on self drive basis, he/she should have attained 24 years of age and shall have a driving experience of a minimum of 2 years in addition to submission of a valid driving license, Aadhar card/voter ID/Passport and credit card/debit card details to IP Travel Lines.
The customer takes the Vehicle on hire at his/her own risk and shall be solely liable for any accident, failure or loss or damage of any kind and need to pay the damage expenses while returning the car.
The customer is not permitted to use the car in any motor sport event of any kind.
The car should be clean and tidy while returning. Else, Rs. 1000 will be charged for cleaning of the car.
GST shall be charged @12.00% on gross value of services rendered.
If the customer is found at a speed of above 80km per hour, then he/she will be charged Rs.1000 per violation.
Towing or Impounding of the car due to customer’s fault will be borne by the customer itself.
The Hirer shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all toll or other road / parking charges /interstate permit charges, as applicable, during usage of Vehicle during Hire Period.
The Hirer is not permitted to take the Vehicle outside India.
Security deposit (per the car type) needs to be submitted at the time of booking the car.
